Seniors, be sure to notify Ms. Hawley if you receive a scholarship, academic or athletic, to further your education. Seniors, as you receive academic and athletic scholarships, please bring a copy of the notification letter to Counselor Mrs. Hawley in Student Services so the money offered you can be announced at the May Awards Ceremony and included in the total dollars offered the Class of 2009 and announced at graduation in June. You do not even have to attend the college that offers you the scholarship.
You must be an active participant in the search for financial assistance. The best place to look for scholarships and financial aid is through the college/university to which you are applying. Check the college/university website for requirements, due dates, and applications for Scholarships and Financial Aid. Also check the website for the particular department to which you are applying within the college/university. Note and meet the deadlines.
