JV boys comeback for win at Millbrook

Josh McClain's three point play with 51 seconds to go in overtime finishes the comeback 64-61 win at Millbrook. The Trojans use a 9-0 third quarter run to erase a fourteen point halftime deficit as McClain scores 22 and Stacy Carroway adds 14, all in the second half, on 6-of-6 shooting from the floor. Carroway triggers the Trojan comeback with a rebound and dunk back. Carroway adds a rebound follow shot and then steals and feeds Deion Dorsey with 18 seconds to knot things up at the end of three. After the teams play an even 4th quarter, aided by Carroway's 5th and 6th blocked shots of the game, DeAnthony Harris and McClain solve the Wildcats attempts to press. McClains driving score with 5.1 to go in regulation sends it to an extra period as Shi Key Moore's desperate heave misses. In OT, McClain is ice from the line, hitting the key free throw with 51 seconds to go to provide the final margin. The Trojans head into the holiday break 3-1:

Trojans blasted by the Wildcats
Millbrook takes advantage of a full roster, aided by their football players with nothing else to do, to out-run the Trojans at home 71-54. Every Wildcat gets in the game and all but one score as the outmanned Trojans run out of steam with their third game in four days. Only the 47% (29 of 61) shooting by Millbrook keeps the game from a larger margin. The Trojans (1-3) manage only a Dametrius Upchurch basket and six free throws in the entire second period as Millbrook pulls away with an 11-0 run. Tyree Washington has 16 for the Wildcats while Karl Agenor misses a double-double for the third straight game by just one rebound, 16 points and 9 boards:
