Congratulations to sophomore Tyler Maher who wins his first GNRC title in the heavyweight division today at SSS. Maher records two pins and takes his season record to 28-3 with the conference title and moves to #11 on the NCMat.com Super 32 state rankings. The Trojans' Brooks Banks finishes with a 3rd place and and Steven Lombana picks up 4th. Junior Jesse Gould was seeded #1 at 119 but couldn't wrestle at Conference because of a back injury, but he will be back and ready for NCHSAA Regionals Championships which will be Friday, February 13th and Saturday, February 14th at Knightdale High School.
