2008-'09 Athletic physicals available

The high school will be offering physicals for the 2008-2009 school year for $15 on May 21st at 6:30pm in the small gym. It is available for anyone who will attend Garner next year. To participate, you must provide the following info to Head Athletic Trainer, Mike Guerrero, by May 12th:

  • Student's Full Name
  • Rising class (Freshman, Sophomore, Junior or Senior)
  • Home Phone number
  • Address

    • Be sure your email message indicates you are reserving an Athletic Physical! Should you prefer, downloadable reservation form to print and deliver to Coach Guerrero.

    The proceeds benefit the GMHS Athletic Department. Payment must be made the night of the physical in cash, or a check made payable to "Garner Magnet High School" with your completed Participation Form
