April 18th News and Observer provides a terrific article on Coach Barnes dynamic duo of Meagan Proper and Paige Dugal. The report announces the committment to NCSU by Proper, a junior. Earlier this year, Paige signed with the Wolfpack, where they will join 2007 graduate Kaitlin Wescoe on Coach Laura Kerrigan's team.
