Senior NC State recruit Morgan Barbour and the Lady Trojan softball team are highlighted in the Feb. 24th issue of the News and Observer. The N&O announces Amanda Beach and Cecily Parrott are being recruited by the Peace College Pacers. The Trojans are ranked 4th in NC.

Junior NC State recruit Meagan Proper will lead the Lady Trojan soccer team. Meag was an all state selection as a sophomore.
Senior golfer Sam Stephenson is listed as golfer to watch, noting his 72 scoring average in 2007. The N&O announces Sam has committed to UNC Pembroke.
