After a loss to Fuquay-Varina earlier in the week, Garner got back to its winning ways and moved the Greater Neuse River win streak to 41 straight games with a three games to none road victory over Clayton.
Garner (11-3, 7-0) took the opening game of the match 25-18 before earning an 25-19 victory in the second game and the match was truncated following a 25-17 third game win.
The Lady Trojans had 35 kills on the night led by Kristen Powell with 17. Ka'asha Jefferies contributed seven kills while Kelsey Bryan added five and Sarah Pierce chipped in three kills for Garner.
Additionally, Courtney Weathersbee had three service aces while Maddy Stewart had two.
Coach Boyette's squad returns to action on Tuesday night at 5:30 when they host East Wake inside Trojan Coliseum.
