The Garner TSA (Technology Student Association) competed at the State TSA conference over the weekend. TSA is a design and engineering club. Using prior knowledge and research, the members solve and then build solutions to various design, engineering, leadership, and problem solving "problems" during the year. The students then take the projects to the State completion in the spring. Our students completed in numerous events this year, and placed in several. Below I will list who placed and in what events. Because of their hard work, several students were invited to compete in the national competition in Baltimore this summer. Not only did our students perform well, but they were the true definition of gentlemen and represented Garner as a school and community VERY well.

2nd Place - NC TSA Pin Design - Daniel Murray
2nd Place - Technology Problem Solving - Brian Godwin and Will Pittman
3rd Place - Music Production - Alex Gahrmann, Parker Stanley, and Seth Baylor
