After having a rough go of it in the early part of the season, the Varsity soccer team got in the win column on Wednesday night as they defeated Knightdale 7-1. Garner got four first half goals as Matt Wescoe, Connor Torruella, and Chase Morgan all scored for the Trojans.
Garner would add three goals in the second half to take the 7-1 win over the Knights.

The JV Team also picked up their first win of the '09 season with a 2-0 win over Knightdale. The JV Trojans got their two goals off the foot of Alex Lambert.
